Caltrans 60/91/215 Construction Project

In October 2002, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) began making a number of operational and safety improvements on approximately six miles of Interstate 215 and short segments of State Routes 60 and 91 through the cities of Riverside and Moreno Valley near the UCR Extension Center. This large, complex and long-awaited $312 million project is scheduled for completion in late 2008.
