  • Understand the models, settings and varieties of case management.

This program is designed for a specialized audience including Registered Nurses and other registered and licensed professionals in the health care field, such as Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, and licensed social workers who work in a hospital setting who are looking to explore new career paths, qualify for new positions, and continue their education.
