Professional Achievement Award in Supervision, Leadership and Team Excellence

This series of ten, one-day seminars will improve your skills and prepare you to take on the challenges facing all managers in today's business environment.

Through these seminars, participants will learn how to understand their role as a supervisor, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, motivate, coach, mentor and build highly effective performance teams.

Completion Requirements
To earn the award, students must successfully complete (grade C or better) 10 required courses for a total of six units. Courses can be taken in any order.
Completion Time
The program can typically be completed in six to nine months. All coursework must be completed within five years.
Cost
The cost to complete the program is approximately $1,300, including parking and materials.
