UCR Extension's agriculture programs include courses, certificate programs and conferences in gardening, arboriculture, professional landscaping and crops and are targeted for everyone from the average backyard gardener to the advanced agricultural businessman.
Programs draw on the expertise of the UCR College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences and the university's Cooperative Extension Program.
Among the certificate programs offered are the popular Turfgrass Management and Landscape Irrigation series, which provide participants with the expertise of turfgrass and landscape specialists and researchers from within the university and the turfgrass/landscape industry.
