Video Game Design and Content Creation Specialized Professional Program
July 9 – August 2, 2012
Do you have ideas for what the next great game should look like? If you are creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy using the latest technology, a career in video game design is within reach. Opportunities for aspiring game developers are diverse and can include computer programmers, digital artists, game designers, producers and many more who collaborate in the making of a game. Using a hands-on approach, you receive an intensive, in-depth exposure to the core of game design, game mechanics, story and plot development, 3Dmesh data and content creation using the same software tools the pros use. This program offers approximately 100 hours of professional level instruction from industry professionals with real-world experience.

Completion Information
Completion Requirements
To earn the award, students must successfully complete (grade B or better) a total of 10 required units.
Completion Time
The summer academy can be completed in three weeks, July 9 - August 2, 2012.
Cost
- $2,700
- $2,400 Early Bird Rate if paid on or before June 29, 2012

Fee includes all class materials, application for candidacy fee, luncheon and parking.
Reserve your place by paying a $500 deposit, with the balance due on or before July 9. Call Student Services at (951) 827-4105. (Deposit is nonrefundable after June 29.)
No refunds of any kind will be granted after June 29, 2012.
