The libraries' collections include 2.3 million volumes, 1.7 million microforms, 23,783 serial subscriptions, more than 287 electronic databases and many other resources.

The libraries recently implemented Link+, a self-borrowing consortium representing more than 33 academic and public libraries in California and Nevada. UCR Extension students are eligible to use this service, which is available through Scotty, the libraries' online catalog.

Getting and Using a Library Card

• To receive a library card, present verification of enrollment to the UCR Extension Student Services desk. You will be issued a white library card.
• To check out a book, present verification of enrollment and the white library card at the Circulation Desk of the library you are using.
