SBC CARES professional (track v)

This track is for participants with a current Master, Site Supervisor or Program Director Permit, or ECE degree from an accredited college (B.A., M.A. or Ph.D.).

Annual Requirements:

• Obtain 18 hours of approved professional development activities.
• Attend leadership trainings.
• Compose and implement an annual self-evaluation/professional development plan.

SBC CARES Advisor Requirements:

• Function as an advisor with SBC CARES participants. Provide advising and mentoring support in tracks II, III and IV.
  • Center-Based CARES Advisor: Minimum three consecutive years early childhood experience.
  • Family Child Care CARES Advisor: Minimum five consecutive years experience as licensed provider

Duration: Indefinite
