Earning the Certificate

Prior to enrolling, please ensure that you meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent

Master's Degree

Upon successful completion of your certificate program, you may be able to apply credit from your Human Resources Management coursework toward a specialized M.B.A. at La Sierra University.
