Construction Management Certificate
This program provides the necessary training and skills to become
a construction manager. The coursework is designed for engineers,
contractors, designers and others in the construction industry.
The required courses cover the fundamentals of construction management
including construction cost and estimating, planning and management
of construction projects, and legal issues and contracts. Following
the required courses, participants may select from a broad list of electives
designed to complement participants' background and skills.

- Estimate and control costs and minimize change orders
- Supervise the job site
