Nursing Leadership and Management Certificate
This program provide today's health care professional with a set of skills and techniques to be more effective in the workplace. Participants examine the leadership styles and approaches used by top-level administrators to effectively manage and support a complex health services organization. Topics include legal and financial management, leadership, and quality and performance improvement. Electives provide participants the opportunity to pursue specialized areas of study and explore topics in greater depth.
