Audiovisual Services

Conferencing Services provides technical support for both on- and off-site events. For events held within the Extension Center, we provide a basic audio-visual package which includes a podium, VCR, overhead, and a PA system as well as one half hour of technical support at the start of your event. Also available upon request are computers, LCD projectors, high-speed Internet access, video conferencing, satellite downlinking and much more. An audio-visual technician will be available and on-call throughout your entire event. A list of the most commonly requested A/V equipment can be found on your Audio-Visual Equipment Reservation Form. If we do not have the equipment that you need, we will acquire it for your event.
