Understanding the necessity of relational skills is important to the success of any entrepreneurial endeavor, and will be understood from the perspective of the entrepreneur’s need to:

  • leverage new opportunities
  • explore innovative approaches
  • mobilize resource needs
  • manage risk
  • build a viable enterprise

Creating a business plan for a new venture will be the main focus.
