Gain an understanding of the ever-present nature of change at work in nonprofit organizations, and examine the various stages in the lifecycle of an organization. Learn how to respond to the challenges of meeting the needs of their constituents. You will cover how to acquire the appropriate resources, strategies, planning, and expertise needed to ensure the effectiveness, growth, and sustainability of their programs, services, and communities of service.

Prerequisites

Three or more years of experience as a nonprofit manager/executive or completion of the Nonprofit Management Certificate Program or equivalent post-secondary training
