Explore how to properly plan projects for evaluation by using a variety of inputs and tools for planning objectives, measuring program performance, and measuring program impact. You will identify methodologies for selecting an evaluation team, data collection and dissemination of evaluation results, lessons learned, and best practices.

Prerequisites

Three or more years of experience as a nonprofit manager/executive or completion of the Nonprofit Management Certificate Program or equivalent post-secondary training
