Application Information

Application packets may be obtained from the Credentials Office at the UC Riverside Extension Center, located at 1200 University Avenue, Suite 347, or by calling the Credentials Office at (951) 827-1661. A $50 nonrefundable program application fee is required with the
application.

To request the quarterly UC Riverside Extension catalog, please call (951) 827-3806.
Following attendance at the mandatory orientation session, each applicant is required to call the Credentials Office at the number listed above or e-mail drivered@ucx.ucr.edu to arrange an individual counseling meeting.
