MCLE Requirements for Attorneys

The California Supreme Court adopted the Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program in 1992. This permanent program establishes minimum requirements for continuing legal education for California attorneys to ensure that during their legal careers they remain current regarding the law, and obligations and standards of the profession.
