WORKSHOPS » » GODDESS JOURNALING: After taking a survey to see which goddesses we identify with most, we will read some representative myths. From the myths, we will do creative writing around journaling prompts, poetry and games. Discover the voice of your inner goddess, and learn how to tap into those with qualities you may need. Goddess mythology is a rich source of analogies that we can apply to our own lives. Listen to your inner Hestia, Athena or Aphrodite. » » ART AS GODDESS-EXPRESSION: Experience a variety of art techniques, artistic team building activities, and therapeutic approaches designed to express the Goddess you most identify with. Designed for beginning creatives and those who wish to develop creativity skills and to use art as a way of self- discovery. Utilize art as a tool to express your Goddess grace, joy and inspiration. » » GODDESS GRACE AND MOVEMENT: Learn a moving meditation, which weaves together movements from yoga, belly dance, and other dance forms in a continuously flowing Tai Chi-style format. The movements develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and grace and can be as relaxing or challenging as desired.
