Environmental Management Workplace Contract Courses

Programs in Environmental Management (PEM) is committed to helping organizations survive and thrive in the 21st century. As pressure grows within organizations to produce and process more work with fewer resources and to adapt to new technologies, training plays a key role in preparing staff to meet these challenges. On-site training has proven especially beneficial because it is cost-effective, convenient and can be customized to suit the needs of an individual business.

PEM is best known for its hazardous materials management and air quality certificate programs. These can be offered entirely on-site. Other on-site training available through PEM includes emergency response programs, hazardous material/waste transportation training, workplace health and safety courses, and other state and federally mandated training.

At no cost or obligation, Extension can discuss your organizational training needs to mutually determine if on-site delivery is the best option and assist your organization in establishing new internal training programs or augmenting existing ones.

All programs are approved by the University of California. Continuing Education Units are awarded on all noncredit programs.
