To accommodate the busy lives of our students, our coursework is delivered in a variety of formats, including 10-week classes, short courses, weekend workshops, monthly and weekend intensives and all-day conferences. Extension also provides administrative support services for Summer Sessions, which allows UCR students and the general public to take regular campus courses during the summer months. Our online learning courses and international programs make us accessible to anyone in the world.
UCR Extension is a global presence reaching out to students throughout the world, inviting them to come study with us. Since its inception in 1975, International Education Programs has attracted to Riverside 50,000 students from more than 100 countries. We currently have two overseas learning centers in Seoul, South Korea, and Beijing, China, where residents can take advantage of University of California coursework in their own backyards.
