Prior to enrolling, please ensure that you meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Effectively manage projects, staff, and budgets, both off and on job sites
- Evaluate projects for green design, energy management, HVAC planning and other current concerns in the industry
- Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, government agencies and others
- Develop strategies to ensure quality and minimize exposure to lawsuits
- Manage and minimize risk and insurance costs
- Navigate contracts, accounting requirements and cash flow
- Perform negotiations and use conflict resolution strategies and methods

Construction Field SupervisionStudy of field supervision as the best means by which to ensure a project is completed on time, within budget and with the highest quality workmanship.

Construction Project Planning, Scheduling and Control SystemsPlanning, scheduling and controlling construction projects with examination of various topics: cost control, contracts, client relations, project manuals, crisis management, claims management and scheduling methods like bar charts, network diagrams and Critical Path Method (CPM).
