TESOL candidates complete their portfolios with help of peer and teacher feedback. You will compile a professional, digital portfolio that reflects the theoretical knowledge and practical teaching skills you have developed during the TESOL Professional Certificate Program. This is a capstone project for the 15-unit Professional Certificate and the 28-unit  Advanced Professional Certificate in TESOL Programs.

Erin Butler, M.A., TESOL, also holds a TESOL Professional Certificate, a Single Subject California Teaching Credential, and has been teaching English as a Second Language to international students in Japan, China, South Korea, Vietnam, and the U.S. for more than 15 years. She has worked as an instructor, teacher trainer and administrator, and specializes in curriculum design and assessment practices. Ms. Butler has traveled extensively in Asia, Africa, South and Central America, Europe, the Arabian Peninsula, and Mexico. She is conversational in Spanish and Japanese, and a beginning-level speaker of Mandarin.
