This workshop is designed for leaders and executives, and will teach you how to identify opportunities to make better decisions by using new insights from data, including:

  • which techniques and approaches should be used for various data science projects
  • ways to avoid pitfalls when drawing conclusions from data
  • creating a strategy for building a top-notch data science team
  • how to improve decision making across your organization

Dr. Friscia has extensive training and teacher experience in data science, statistical methods, and the open-source statistical software R. Dr. Friscia also holds a Master's degree in Statistics from UCLA, and has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
