An in-depth study of the role of the site administrator in private and public care programs. Topics include: state licensing requirements, leadership styles, staff job descriptions and functions, the cost of providing services, preparation of budgets, recruitment and development of staff, safety factors, insurance equipment and supplies. Ways to market the program, and short-range and long-range fundraising activities are covered. Learning about principles necessary for launching an educationally and financially sound program. Un estudio profundo del papel del administrador de sitio en programas de cuidado privados y publicos. Temas incluyen: requisitos de licencia de estado, estilos de liderasgo, descripciones de trabajo del personal y funciones, el costo de proveer servicio, preparacion de presupuestos, reclutacion y desarrollo del personal,factores de seguridad, equipo de aseguransa y articulos. Se cubre maneras de comercial el programa, y actividades de levantar fondos de corto y largo plazo. Aprendiendo los principios es necesario para lanzar un programa legitimo educacional y financiero.
