Systems Engineering Requirements and Analysis

Surveys the concept development and selection stage of systems engineering to examine how a project meets the needs of the end-user or customer. Participants examine practical constraints of a project including performance, risk, cost and schedule. Time is devoted to examine how multiple concepts for a specific need can be presented and how to perform trade-off analyses to identify the best concept to go forward to the requirements definition phase. Participants also explore the technical requirements to carry out a project including hardware and software and human resources necessary to ensure projects remain on time, on budget and on task.

Mistry, M.S. in Quality Assurance, M.B.A., has more than 25 years of experience working with major corporations such as Ceradyne, Rockwell Collins, and DuPont Display Solutions. Mr. Mistry holds certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor and in Six Sigma Black Belt. He also designs and conducts employee training programs, and teaches certification classes for the ASQ.
