Developing your analytical skills is a methodical step-by-step approach to breaking down complex problems or processes. The overall process of defining the problem; formulating the hypothesis; collecting the facts; and conducting the analysis that finally leads to developing the solution is the strategy to analytical thinking. Since thinking analytically is crucial to optimizing job performance, participants will learn the methods and strategies in solving problems in their work environments.
