Survey course introducing the various roles, duties, responsibilities, liabilities, and limitations of a professional fiduciary. Discussions include: conservatorships, guardianships, case management, trust management, elder abuse, undue influence, estate planning issues, resources for the elderly, and hiring practices. You will also explore the process to become a professional fiduciary, and the qualifications required.
