How to establish and operate a private professional fiduciary practice. Discussions include: standard operating procedures, practical tips for staying organized, reporting income, hiring services, making your practice more productive and profitable, and when to consult with other professionals, You will focus on how to maintain proper calendars to ensure that all deadlines are met, particularly court hearings and investigative interviews. You will also become familiar with the California Probate Code and California Rules of Court governing the legal duties and obligations of professional fiduciaries. Software, technology and types of professional liability insurance are discussed.
