Sullins, M.B.A., Director of Child Nutrition, Hemet Unified School District, has more than 20 years of experience in food and nutrition services, managing programs for as many as 42,000 students.  He is a member of the California School Nutrition Association (CSNA) and the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO), and has presented on various child nutrition topics and served on expert panels, including federal procurement requirements, legislation, menu innovation and customer service.  Mr. Sullins is the recipient of the Foodservice Achievement Management Excellence (FAME) Silver Rising Star Award, and the California Food for California Kids Innovation Award.
