Advocacy skills that promote the learning and academic success of all pupils. Examination of institutional and systemic barriers to learning and strategies that assist in eliminating those barriers and effectively support positive learning and achievement for all pupils. Classroom management strategies and techniques for providing teachers classroom organization skills, curriculum design, lesson plan development, and instructional strategies for teaching counseling and guidance-related materials are presented.
