Principles, styles and attitudes of effective leadership. The role of the counselor as an agent of change in planning, organizing, implementing, managing and evaluating the outcomes of school counseling and guidance programs are presented. Methods of collaboration among school staff, parents, individuals, groups and agencies of the community to pupil's needs and coordinating services within a comprehensive school counseling and guidance program are discussed.
