A study of diodes and bipolar semiconductor devices, including static and dynamic characteristics, biasing-techniques, thermal considerations of solid state devices and a study of field-effect MOSFET devices and their characteristics as opposed to bipolar semiconductors. Solid State pulse amplifiers, large scale AF amplifiers, oscillators, AM-FM receivers, Pulse generators, sawtooth generators, advance applications of Junction diodes and transistors, MOSFET transistors and other semiconductor designs.
