Explores the requirements necessary for decision makers to make a legally adequate determination. Includes discussions of

  • compliance with CEQA (e.g., Facts, Findings, and Statements of Overriding Considerations)
  • noticing statutes
  • Brown Act
  • agendas
  • staff reports
  • resolutions
  • findings

You will also focus on strategies to address pre-hearing deficiencies, late comments on project and public opposition.
