Introduces the concepts behind the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® instrument, provides the diagnostic tool and applies the results so that individuals, groups, organizations or companies build and enhance the skill set of their staff.

This workshop focuses on:

Participating in the workshop allows you to gain greater insight into how you approach your work, manage your time, solve problems, make decisions, and handle stress in the workplace. Knowledge of your type also helps you to better understand your workplace culture, initiate the development of new skills, understand your role in the team dynamics, and cope with change in the workplace.
