Garnica, M.Ed., Program Director, Escuela De La Raza Unida (ERU), a nonprofit educational community organization, oversees four ERU sites, 150 children, and the ongoing professional growth training for 40 employees. Ms. Garnica has a wide range of experience in the Early Childhood field, working with providers, parents, communities and children, and was appointed by Governor Brown to serve on the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities.
