Introduces techniques and safe practices of pranayama. Focuses on correct inhalation and exhalation and progresses through the preparatory practices of Svasana (art of relaxation). Techniques and effects of Ujjayi Pranayama and Viloma Pranayama are practiced. Students are required to complete four quarters of this course for a total of 8 units.
