Tim Miller, M.P.A., has over 35 years of experience in both private and public organizations managing facilities, construction, capital planning, aviation and project management.  As an Assistant Director of the Riverside County Economic Development Agency, he has responsibility for Facilities Management, Parking, Aviation and the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival.  He provides a fresh perspective and understands complex organizations and trends affecting facilities management and construction management projects.
